Terms of Service
These terms govern personal software operated by the owner of
yusypenko.com, including the OAuth client registered with Google under
the name rclone.
Scope
This software is private and single-user. It is operated by and for the domain owner. It is not offered as a service to other people, there is no sign-up, and no third party is invited or permitted to authorise it against their own account.
Acceptable use
The software may be used only by the domain owner, and only against accounts the owner controls. Any other use is unauthorised.
Underlying software
The rclone client is an unmodified installation of the open-source
project rclone, distributed under the MIT
Licence. This document does not alter that licence, and the rclone authors provide
no warranty and bear no responsibility for this private deployment.
No warranty
This software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Synchronisation software can delete or overwrite files; the operator is solely responsible for maintaining independent backups.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this software.
Availability
There is no service-level commitment. The software and these pages may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
Third-party terms
Use of Google APIs through this software is additionally governed by the Google Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the revision date above will be updated.
